MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

The Devil's Pulpit Golf Association is committed to provide the finest golf facilities possible for its Members and their Guests to enjoy.

MEMBERSHIP
A membership in the Devil's Pulpit Golf Association may be owned by a person or corporation. It may be transferred by will or sale, with the approval of the Board of Directors. No transfer fees apply to change the designated player or membership category (eg. Corporate to Individual), making it the most versatile membership in the marketplace today.

INTERMEDIATE AND JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
A Member's child under the age of 19 as of March 1 is eligible to become a Junior Member for an annual fee of $450 plus GST which includes our Instructional Program. A select group of younger golfers under the age of 12 will be invited to enroll in our Pre-Junior Program. The annual fee of $300 plus GST also includes instruction. A Member's child whose age is over 19 and under 27 as of March 1 is eligible to join as an Intermediate Member for an annual fee of $1,200 plus GST.

STARTING TIMES AND GUEST POLICIES FOR 2008
Members and Special Guests may book times seven days in advance and may bring one Guest at any time and three Guests between 8:30 am and 11:30 am, after 1:30 pm on weekdays and after 11:00 am on weekends and holidays. On Fridays, only one Guest per member may be hosted after 11:30 am. Members and Special Guests are also permitted to host unescorted groups on a limited basis. Guests may play a maximum six times per year.

2008 GOLF FEES
Guest accompanied by a Member $140. ($95. prior to May 17 and after October 13)
Small Golf Outings* (more than 3 guests) $165.
Unaccompanied Guest* $250.
Guest 18 years of age or younger** $25.
Cart Fee (per person) $17.
Host Caddy (minimum charge) $80.
Plus applicable taxes.
*Limited playing times. Host caddy required. All charges to the Member's account.
**To play during Junior Play Times.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Members may sign for purchases, golf carts and guest fees to their club account. These charges will be applied to their credit card. Guests may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Debit Card as cash is not accepted.

PACE OF PLAY
The acceptable pace of play for 18 holes at the Devil's Pulpit is 4 1/2 hours or less; and 4 hours or less at the Devil's Paintbrush. In an attempt to maintain these standards, the Course Marshals monitor slow play.

RULES OF PLAY AND ETIQUETTE
Play at the Devil's Pulpit Golf Association courses is governed by the RCGA Rules of Golf. Each player is requested to repair ball marks, replace divots and rake bunkers to ensure excellent conditions for all golfers. Upon completion of any round at any course, the Club requests that Members return their scores to the Club for entry into the Club's computer system.

DRESS CODE
What people wear at the Devil's Pulpit Golf Association courses and in the Clubhouses has a direct bearing on the Club's reputation and image. It is important that Members and their Guests dress in appropriate attire while on Club property.

On the Course, suitable attire includes golf slacks, Bermuda length shorts, golf shirts with collars, tucked in for men; and tailored blouses, golf shirts, skirts, dress shorts or slacks for women.

In the Clubhouse, appropriate golf attire is always acceptable, as are jacket and tie.

Jeans, T-shirts, tank tops, jogging or rugger pants or a disheveled appearance are not permitted anywhere on Club property. The dress code also applies to children.

GOLF SHOES
Golf shoes with metal spikes are not permitted. Approved footwear for our courses include configurations of replacement soft spikes that are available from our locker room and any other spikeless shoes that are deemed acceptable by our Golf Course Superintendent and Director of Golf.
